Frazzica
From Boston's west end in 1940 where Guiseppe
Frazzica started with his small meat market to the present modern meat
plant in the New Boston
Food Market complex. Fifty years of steady growth in the meat
industry with Joseph F. Frazzica at the helm, has brought "The Butcher
Block, Inc." to its present state occupying 10,000 square feet of meat
plant and office space. Joe Frazzica has developed new and
exciting marinated meat products. TERIYAKI BEEF SLICES and
CHINESE STYLE B.B.Q. RIBS along with SEASONED PORK and LAMB ROASTS to
name a few. Using the
latest state of the art packaging equipment, Joe has succeeded in his
quest to bring new taste thrills to the tables of New England
households and food establishments.
TERIYAKI, CHINESE RIB, AND WESTERN B.B.Q. SAUCE were introduced in May
1990. The sauces have received compliments from across the
country. The Teriyaki sauce is the champion of them all.
The sauces have become an exceptional item and again proves the unique
vision that Joe Frazzica possesses. The year 1995 marks the
entry of a new phase of the Prepared Foods Divisions. With the eye
and mind of a professional marketeer, again, Joe has introduced
another special gourmet line of prepared entree's. If the past
is any indication of success in this venture, you can count on Joe
because he brings knowledge, integrity, and determination to the
establishment. He lives up to his motto, "Simply Prepared,
